Throw frost might give you ~20 castings, but it won't 1-shot most things in your level range what's the good of it if you need to cast it 3 times - you may as well have casted a level 6 spell instead (assuming hungerless). IMO, if you have something like throw icicle, you're better off with that than throw frost since it's partially physical damage and with mid 30s you should get ~9 castings of it. As I mentioned, cure poison is probably not all that useful either if you have poison resist from any equipment or mutations. Regarding the spells that you're using, there's no reason to drop them if you find yourself casting them, but you can almost definitely get rid of conjure flame and use swiftness or fly/swiftness to get away instead, not to mention you already have blink. I don't think that poisonous cloud gives confusion, it's a straight damage dealer.
Also, depending on your strength, it might be worth it to look at ring mails, especially elven since I think elven reduces the spellcasting penalty in armor. I've done it before and been lucky but usually what you'll get is +1/+2 type of armor in my experience. Yes with the caveat that it is also a big pain in the rear to go around and grab every unmarked robe or leather to try on.
